Our Strategic Plan
Our 2021-2024 Strategic Plan charts a clear direction for our organization and anchors our efforts in four priorities:
- Developing youth to be life-long agents of change
- Collabortively bridging divides in Greater Boston and beyond
- Growing a transformative community across difference
- Building capacity to guide our cause
Building on our last decade, this plan allows us to leverage our programs, partnerships and presence to engage youth, families, congregations, and communities across differences. We hope to build capacity around these priorities and energize our volunteers, staff, and the community.
